Insurance
Our Executive Sedans and Limousines carry a minimum of
1MM in Liability Insurance.
Our SUV’s and Vans carry a minimum of 1.5 million in Liability
Insurance.
Our Mini-buses and Coaches carry a minimum of 5 million in Liability
Insurance.
Maintenance & Repair
Vehicles are maintained (at a minimum) at the standards
suggested by the manufacturer.
Vehicles are not allowed to provide service if they are not in PERFECT
working order.
Maintenance and Repairs are handled at professional maintenance
and body shops.
Air Conditioning capabilities are checked before the summer season
so there are no ‘hot’ surprises.
Wash & Make Ready
Vehicles are required to be clean both inside and out prior to being
utilized. Leeway is given when there is rain and snow.
Vehicles are washed a minimum of once per day and usually are cleaned
twice.
Rotation
New vehicles added to the fleet must be no older then 2 years.
Vehicles currently in the fleet must be rotated out during their
fourth year of age.
No vehicles will be used if there are scratches or dents.
Fully Equipped
All vehicles will have working radios, electric windows, and a newspaper.
All vehicles will have 2 way communication equipment.
All vehicles will have credit card swipers and all necessary invoicing
materials.
